Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Waikato Guild of Woodworkers Incorporated
and
Hamilton Woodturners Incorporated
Notice is hereby given that the Waikato Guild of Woodworkers Incorporated (Incorporated Society No. 591542 | NZBN 9429042888192) and the Hamilton Woodturners Incorporated (Incorporated Society No. 2572501 | NZBN 9429043321698) propose to amalgamate under the provisions of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
The amalgamated society will continue as the Waikato Guild of Woodworkers Incorporated.
A copy of the Amalgamation Proposal has been distributed to all members and secured creditors of each society in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
The proposed date for the amalgamation to take effect is 17 December 2025, or such date as may be approved by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.
